Shipping Costs

First of all, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. These costs depend on the weight, size, and destination of the products in your order.

In addition, shipping fees include both order preparation and packaging as well as transport costs. While preparation fees are fixed, transport fees vary according to total weight and delivery location.

To reduce overall shipping costs, we therefore recommend placing all items in a single order. However, please note that separate orders cannot be merged once confirmed, and shipping fees apply to each order individually.


Shipping Timeframes

As soon as payment is received, we prepare your order for dispatch. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • In-stock accessories: Usually shipped within 2–3 working days (France).
  • Made-to-order or out-of-stock items: May require 5 to 20 working days, depending on manufacturing and logistics.

Nevertheless, delivery times may vary depending on destination, item dimensions, and carrier conditions. Therefore, if you need precise delivery details, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. As a result, you can follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website until delivery is completed.


Packaging & Handling

We take special care when packaging your items, particularly fragile or high-value products. Accordingly, all products are packed in appropriately sized protective packaging to minimize transport risks.

Although shipments travel at the carrier’s responsibility, we handle every order with professional care and attention.


Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are not accepted for used items, damaged products after delivery, custom-made items, or perishable goods.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos and a description. We will then evaluate the situation and provide a suitable solution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
