Returns You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In their original condition and packaging
• Returned with all accessories and components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, contact info@basurishop.com with your order number and reason for return. No restocking fee is charged.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — Basuri Shop is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping arranged by the customer. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution including a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

EU Consumer Rights Customers in the European Union retain all applicable statutory consumer rights, including the legal right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. Our 30-day return policy applies from the date of delivery and does not limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, contact us at info@basurishop.com within the applicable legal period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product, contact us at info@basurishop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem where appropriate. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Final Sale Products Products specifically marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or cancellations under our standard return policy. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
