BasuriShop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide customers located in France with a secure and transparent shopping experience.

BasuriShop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

IMPORTANT: France-only service
Our Services, sales, and deliveries are provided exclusively for customers located in France. We do not offer international sales or international shipping at this time.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, product appearance (such as color) may vary due to device display settings.

We reserve the right to:

- Limit the quantities of any products we offer
- Discontinue any product at any time

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Your order is considered accepted only after:
1) Payment is successfully processed, and
2) You receive an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation from us.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, cancellation may not always be possible. If an order is cancelled or adjusted, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Orders are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order and will appear in your order confirmation.

Any applicable taxes and shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your selected payment method for your order total.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY (FRANCE ONLY)

We ship and deliver orders within France only, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Order cut-off and dispatch:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time:
Delivery times depend on product availability and the destination within France. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Delivery delays:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Risk of loss:
Once we hand the package to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you, to the extent permitted by law.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and site design) is owned by BasuriShop, its licensors, or content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SECTION 10 – SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases made through our store are made directly with BasuriShop. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BasuriShop.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, Shopify may also process certain data to provide and improve its platform services. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such Feedback for store operations and marketing, as permitted by law.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
